ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a master’s degree from Hunter College. I also trained at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, where I gained clinical expertise in couples and families. I have treated patients at Elmhurst Hospital in New York City, The Child and Family Institute in Westchester, New York, and in my current practice. I combine a strengths-based approach with the tenets of the Ackerman Relational Model and utilize other disciplines, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to counsel adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I provide supportive therapy to people who are dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, professional challenges, infertility and other health related issues, grief, loss, addiction, and more.  I offer a personal and warm approach where clients feel at ease and can be themselves without fear of judgment.
