As a mental health therapist, I love to help people get unstuck. I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult process that leaves you feeling vulnerable and exposed, so I strive to create an environment where my clients feel safe and comfortable.

My mission is to support your emotional well-being by providing a non-judgmental space for you to express yourself. This involves active listening and empathizing while also pushing you to gain deeper insight into your emotions and behaviors. Whatever is troubling you, whether it's anxiety, depression, relationships, life changes and transitions, school, work, self-confidence, grief, or trauma, I can help. With training in a variety of therapeutic approaches and a genuine lifelong passion for helping others, I can support you to make the changes necessary to worry less, manage frustration better, and be hopeful again.

MY SERVICES

Take the first step in your mental health journey. My practice is built on the belief that through an openness to change, we build resilience and strength.
I offer remote therapy and in-person sessions from my office in Westchester.

  • Individual therapy to treat anxiety, depression, career transitions, life transitions, illness, grief and more

    Individual Therapy

Individuals seek therapy to navigate through a crisis, acquire the necessary tools and skills to lead a more fulfilling life, or to gain deeper insight into their own selves. I see adolescents, young adults, and adults with a wide range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, career transitions, life transitions, chronic illness, grief, and more.

  • couples therapy to help build healthier communication skills, repair and restore trust, deepen emotional intimacy

    Couples Therapy

Many couples engage in therapy as a way to get “unstuck” and to have a safe, non-judgmental place to explore the relationship and overcome obstacles. Whether you’re in the midst of a crisis or looking to strengthen your bond, I can help you build healthier communication skills, validate each other, repair harm, restore trust, deepen your emotional intimacy, and find solutions that promote growth and happiness.

  • Family therapy to build communications, address struggles between parents and children, navigate adoption and blended families, and address trauma

    Family Therapy

Family connections are among the most important relationships in our lives, but they can also be the most complicated. Whether you are struggling with disagreements between parents and children, blending families, navigating adoption, confronting a difficult diagnosis, or addressing the impact of trauma – family therapy will help you learn skills to actively listen to each other’s needs, foster healing, and strengthen your bond.

  • Teen therapy offers a safe and supportive space for teens struggling with social pressure, trauma, illness, addiction, self esteem

    Group Therapy

Adolescence is a confusing time. Teenagers often feel isolated and misunderstood, while navigating social pressures unique to this generation. I specialize in group therapy for young adults -- offering a safe, supportive environment where adolescents can connect with peers facing similar challenges. Together we work to reduce loneliness, refine social skills, embrace empathy, and learn effective communication -- including active listening and resolution skills.

AMONG THE ISSUES I TREAT ARE:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • stress

  • parenting and family concerns

  • teen pressures

  • infertility and other health concerns

  • loss and grief

  • career challenges

  • relationship conflict

  • self esteem
